Products

Global shutter image sensors
Pregius S24.45 M effective pixels in a C-mount 1.2-type sensor, allowing more flexibility in its applications to systems and production lines.

Time of Flight (ToF) image sensors
ToF image sensors, which are compact, high-accuracy, and capable of instantly acquiring 3D information, meet rising demands such as object recognition and measurement, as well as automation.

Event-based Vision Sensors (EVS)
A small Event-based Vision Sensor with high image resolution, high speed, and high temporal resolution (an image sensor that continuously detects movements and luminance changes).

SPAD dToF depth sensors for LiDAR
This sensor measures the distance to an object by detecting the Time of Flight (time difference) of a signal emitted from a light source until it returns to the image sensor, after being reflected by an object.

OLED microdisplays
OLED Microdisplays have the high image quality unique to OLEDs yet also achieve ultra-high resolution of about 4,000 ppi thanks to high-mobility monocrystalline silicon wafers as the backplane.
- SWIR image sensors SenSWIR (IMX990/IMX991/IMX992/IMX993)Sony's SWIR image sensors use original SenSWIR technology to achieve both high resolution and compact sensor size.
